Caring for Your Glass
Cleaning - Any good commerical nonabrasive cleaner works well. A bath in lukewarm water with a few drops of mild detergent, followed by a rinse in lukewarm water is also a good method. Dry with a lint free cloth in natural fibers.
Mineral Deposits - Our glass may be displayed or used. To prevent mineral deposits from building up in your vases, use distilled water and change it often. If spots do develop, soaking the piece in vinegar and water can help. If you plan to use a piece for flowers, adding a tiny dab of liquid chlorine bleach can help prevent the build up of minerals on the inner surface.
A Word About Annealing - Annealing is not the same as tempering. Avoid using hot water for cleaning.
